I’ve been thinking about adding a pergola to the entrance of my house, but I’m not sure whether to go with a wall-mounted one or a freestanding one. I really like the idea of a wall-mounted pergola because it feels like it could save some space, and I’d love to have a little more coverage right at the entrance. But I’m wondering if it would look odd or unbalanced, being attached to the wall. Does anyone here have experience with wall-mounted pergolas? How did it work out for you? I'd love some input!
